Everything starts from now on.

 Because of my friend, Anniina, I start to write my blog. I am such a lazy girl who can not keep doing a specific thing for a long period of time, but I will try not to give up writing the blog. 

  One year ago I made up my mind to give up everything I had in China and decided to come to America for my entire high school and college year in the U.S.. every one of my friends and my family thought it was such a big decision while I thought that was not a big deal. But unfortunately life in a foreign country is never easy, especially America is a country which is so far away from my homeland. I realized the circumstances at once when I got off the plane. The strangeness and the difference which appeared to me had overwhelmed me like flood had crushed Johnstown.

  However, the memories of the first day of school, the first time of skiing, the first time of swimming, the first time of seeing such heavy snow, and all my first times in America can not be remembered clearly by me anymore. I think it is just right for me to write something about my long long journey in America. And maybe years later it will still bring me the same feelings I had had years ago, who knows? I would like to try.

Anniina is a girl from Finland. We met each other from a trip to NYC. Well actually a night before the trip is more correct. I love her. I love her musics, her arts( btw she draws beautifully), and her personality. Both of us love Celine Dion and Audrey Hepburn. She recommended a song called Butterfly by Rajaton band and I adore the music. I literarily listened to the song all the time since then. I went to the NYC trip last year as well, but I prefer and appreciate the 2010 one. For I met this wonderful friend that I hope and believe our friendship will last as long as we could imagine. 3650 days till!!! lol.
